Services

Improving performance while removing unnecessary complexity

Nine practice areas covering the full life of a technology decision — from the licence you buy and the architecture you commit to, through delivery, and into the operations that keep it working two years later.

How to read this

Depth on every page, not a capability list

Technology buying decisions fail more often on scope ambiguity than on capability. A provider promises “full support”, both sides interpret it differently, and the gap only becomes visible during an incident — which is the worst possible moment to discover it.

So each service page below sets out the same things: what the service actually covers, how delivery runs phase by phase, the specific artefacts you receive, the outcomes you should expect, and the questions clients genuinely ask before committing budget. If something is not included, we say so on the page rather than in a clause you find later.

Services are also designed to combine. A migration without a backup design is incomplete; a modern workplace rollout without identity hardening leaves the obvious gap open. Related services are cross-linked at the bottom of each page for that reason.

CloudConnect Path

The same delivery sequence, whatever the service

Consistency is what makes delivery predictable. Every engagement moves through these five phases, scaled to its size.

01

Discover

We map people, platforms, constraints, and the outcomes that matter. Connectivity, licence position, and operational maturity are established as facts before anything is recommended.

02

Design

Target architecture, security baselines, commercial model, and a phased plan — with the trade-offs behind each decision written down rather than assumed.

03

Deploy

Delivery in controlled waves with pilots, communication, and rollback paths, so change lands cleanly and reversibly.

04

Secure

Identity, endpoints, backup, and monitoring hardened as part of delivery, not deferred to a later phase that never gets funded.

05

Optimise

Licences, cost, adoption, and operations reviewed on a cycle, with a prioritised improvement list you can act on.

Commercial models

Choose the level of ownership you want

You can buy a single assessment, a delivered project, an extension of your team, or a fully operated environment.

Advisory

Assessments, architecture, and workshops when you need clarity and a defensible plan before committing budget.

Best for
Organisations facing a decision with real cost or risk attached.

Project delivery

Scoped implementations — migration, modern workplace, security, backup, or infrastructure — with defined outcomes and acceptance criteria.

Best for
A specific change that needs to land on time and stay landed.

Co-managed

We extend your existing IT team, taking monitoring, escalation, and specialist work while your staff retain ownership.

Best for
Capable internal teams that are stretched or missing a specialism.

Fully managed

We operate the environment end to end — service desk, monitoring, patching, backup, and security — under agreed targets.

Best for
Organisations without internal IT, or wanting to redeploy staff to the business.

Have a problem to solve?

Or just a “what if?”

If you are weighing a migration, a licence renewal, or a security concern, a short conversation usually clarifies whether there is real work to do.
